‘I’d like to thank Kapil and his team for getting me involved with kitchen gardening. I have now converted five more friends into avid kitchen gardeners. Due to Edible Routes, we’re also looking at dong community-level waste management to ensure and unlimited supply of compost for the colony.’
‘This was an excellent workshop and I was amazed by the living knowledge of Kapil and the way he helped us understand nuances and concepts. The team is clearly vibrant and young. I would urge more people to participate in these workshops and learn more.’
Permaculture Design Course (PDC) in Nov 2016, was a full package and a way to my meaningful and conscious life ahead. Edible Routes arranged the PDC in such a beautiful and organized manner that it will be everlasting. I look at Edible Routes as my family. Thanks a lot!
Edible Routes is doing amazing work on educating people by giving practical knowledge on urban gardening. The capital needs it desperately. I attended an urban gardening workshop, 50% part of it was hands on, therefore it gave me confidence to start gardening at home.
‘I chanced upon Sajeev Fresh [now Edible Routes] at the India Habitat Centre in June 2015 and I was fascinated by the results they were managing to achieve with rooftop vegetable and fruit growing. For us urban dwellers access to fresh, pesticide-free fruits and veggies is virtually impossible. So with a little bit of expert advice, guidance and input from them, I started my gardening journey. They are courteous, efficient, professional and cost-effective. Their follow-up is commendable and they are forthcoming with suggestions to overcome difficulties. I am in the process of developing a very constructive relationship with them and highly recommend them to interested individuals.’ Dr Tanya Kumar, location?
I have attended two workshops by Edible Routes, the second one “winter workshop” was on their Farm and it was such a grounding experience! I was there with my 5year old son and we both had a great day of learning, doing and just being in nature right here in the city. The simplicity and authenticity in their workshop design made it very easy to still remember the core concepts and actually practice those concepts. The workshop strengthened our resolve and confidence that we can and will begin to grow our own food – we have been blessed with a bountiful harvest of karela, palak, methi, pudina, tulsi, kakdi, celery and cholai! With Edible Routes continued support and help from other urban gardeners will never stop growing!
