A Winter soirée

December 19 @ 11:30 am – 2:30 pm

Edible Routes has collaborated with food enthusiast Vishakha to indulge in a lovely winter afternoon soirée as we learn from her the basics of building a great salad and then on to a journey to the Mediterranean coast as we sit down for a delicious plated lunch at our farm cafe.

She will talk through the following to help you make your own memorable salad stories-

• Salad Making Tools

• Proteins and Healthy Fats Ideas in Salads

She has also curated a delicious Mediterranean sit-down lunch:

• Arabic Lentil Soup (Shorbat Adas)

• Fattoush Salad

• Hummus (surely one of the best we have had!), Falafels, Tzatziki, Mini Pitas, and Pickle

• Fistikli Baklava

About Chef

An economist by profession and an experimental cosmic chef at heart, Vishakha grew up in an environment defined by culinary stories and food experiences. She is an avid traveler and finds this to be a great source of inspiration for her own culinary compositions. Her idea of the pop up menu draws from her trips to the beautiful Italian countryside, she fondly remembers the beauty of Tuscany hills with vineyards and olive trees, the scent of beech and chestnuts and the truffle hunting expeditions.
