Avayava and Bhu Kombucha are excited to invite you to a unique, experimental dining experience at the Edible Routes farm.
Come be a part of an evening of carefully crafted dishes by Chef Charu, whose innovative, art forward approach to cooking brings to diners a menu where seasonal produce and kombucha are the stars.
And let’s not forget the actual stars under which you will be dining at the beautiful Edible Routes farm. Bring your wild adventurous appetite, and leave with a satiated mind, body and soul.
The six courses of our menu will be revealed at the table. Who doesn’t love a little magic?
Each diner will also get two bottles of BHU to take back with them along with the beautiful memories of the experience.

Avayava is an interactive vegetarian dining experience by Delhi based chef Charu. She works with seasonal produce, mindfully handpicked and served over six courses. The menu is revealed at the table and changes with every experience, served with a smile and a little story of how the dish came to be. Every ingredient is handpicked and cooked with thought and love whilst keeping its integrity.
भू kombucha is nurtured by the power of our mothers and the earth. Bhu is bhumi. It’s made of century old wisdom. Like the Earth, Bhu empowers you to heal yourself. Crafted in Delhi in micro-batches, the kombucha is fermented for 21 days. Made with clean ingredients chosen equally for their benefits and flavours, Bhu Kombucha is defined by a meticulous brewing process, giving you a bottle of probiotic-rich deliciousness that makes your gut (you) feel good.
