The Master Chef’s of Edible Routes (Julie & Kapil) are organizing A Mud Oven Night.

Menu

Mud Oven Pizza: Crispy thin pizza with Arugula and Pineapple, Broccoli & sweetcorn, Mushroom & corn, Bell pepper & onion (choose your own toppings)

Chefs Duet: Straight from the oven pita bread freshly rolled by Julie and homemade whole wheat dough by Kapil

The Real Deal: Kapil’s special Hummus with mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic

Lettuce Romaine Calm: A freshly tossed rainbow salad with different kinds of lettuces and dried apricots in mustard oil dressing with honey and lemon.

Sip Sip Hooray: Jaggery Lemonade with farm-fresh lemon and mint

Edible Routes founder Kapil and co-founder Julie don the chefs’ hat for the evening. Kapil is a food enthusiast who loves to experiment with cooking different cuisines and Julie likes to experiment with farm-fresh veggies.

They have together created many beautiful food gardens but for a change, they have teamed up to cook what they grow.
