After huge success of “Under the Tuscan Sun”
Edible Routes has again teamed up with food enthusiast and home chef Vishakha to bring food lovers a farm experience of an Italian lunch pop up “Under the Tuscan Sun 2.0”
It promises to be an immersive experience that will delight and tantalise all your senses. The diners will enjoy a five course sit down plated meal – made using only premium, fresh and organic products.
An economist by profession and an experimental cosmic chef at heart, Vishakha grew up in an environment defined by culinary stories and food experiences. She is an avid traveler and finds this to be a great source of inspiration for her own culinary compositions. Her idea of the pop up menu draws from her trips to the beautiful Italian countryside, she fondly remembers the beauty of Tuscany hills with vineyards and olive trees, the scent of beech and chestnuts and the truffle hunting expeditions.
“Under the Tuscan Sun 2.0” is a celebration of her love for the beautiful cuisine of Italy.
