Edible Routes in collaboration with food enthusiast and home chef Vishakha brings you UNDER THE TUSCAN 3.0 after a long break. To bring food lovers a farm experience of an Italian lunch pop-up.

It promises to be an immersive experience that will delight and tantalize your senses.

Salad:
ROCHETTA INSALATA
Farm plucked greens and organic vegetables in a delectable dressing

Soup:
LA ZUPPA
Rustic tomato basil soup

Handmade Pasta:
LASAGNE VERDURA
Traditional lasagna layered with luxurious bechamel, cherry tomato reduction, and roasted vegetables

Pizza:
WOOD-FIRED PIZZA
Piping-hot wood-fired pizzas made in our farm mud oven using homemade and organic ingredients

Dessert:
TORTA DI MELE
Delicious homemade apple pie served with cinnamon-spiked vanilla ice cream

About Chef

An economist by profession and an experimental cosmic chef at heart, Vishakha grew up in an environment defined by culinary stories and food experiences. She is an avid traveler and finds this to be a great source of inspiration for her own culinary compositions. Her idea of the pop-up menu draws from her trips to the beautiful Italian countryside, she fondly remembers the beauty of Tuscany hills with vineyards and olive trees, the scent of beech and chestnuts, and the truffle hunting expeditions.
